Xfit Strength & Conditioning

Strength and Conditioning has become a key factor in many weight loss and fitness routines these days.

 

Aside from the traditional shifting of iron whilst at the gym, many exercise enthusiasts have now taken to different methods of strength and conditioning training, concentrating on building functional muscle as opposed to the usual aesthetic muscle building.

To cater for members who wish to partake in these training methods the team at Xfit have created our own weight loss, fitness, strength and conditioning facilities comprising modern apparatus which are designed to offer a wider variety of training methods aimed at incinerating body fat, increasing weight loss and building muscle tone and condition.

From Monkey Bars to Squat Racks and from Tyre Flipping to Battle Ropes, Xfit’s newest addition to the indoor facilities has taken our members training routines to the next level.

Included in the membership, the room is open to use as and when available with advice and direction on the equipment from our trained staff when required.

Brilliant gym! The staff are always happy to help. Jason in particular helped me with my training coming up to my Wedding. I'm really pleased with the changes & would highly recommend this gym
