I'm half way through my challenge and these are my results! After being so poorly over christmas and only weighing 7 stone when I got back on my feet I decided to go to Lauren and the team for help. The before picture doesn't even do justice to how small I was. But now I have meat on my bones and not bad meat at that! Thank you Lauren for the past 6 weeks.
